Remove Ad Cleanse from Firefox in a few quick steps.
You can remove Ad Cleanse at any time, and the process takes only a moment. Follow the steps below to uninstall it from Firefox on your computer.
Click the menu button in the top right of Firefox, then choose Add-ons and Themes. You can also open it by going to the address about:addons.
Select Extensions from the side panel and locate Ad Cleanse in your list of installed extensions.
Click the three-dot button next to Ad Cleanse and choose Remove. Confirm when Firefox asks, and the extension is gone.
If a single site is not working the way you expect, you do not have to remove Ad Cleanse entirely. Click the Ad Cleanse icon in your toolbar and toggle off blocking for that one site. Everywhere else stays protected.
On Firefox for Android, open the menu, tap Add-ons, tap Ad Cleanse, and choose Remove. The steps mirror the desktop process.
